Shell 1: play voice failed rc=4099(0x1003)

my call pilot dose not play the UI not the NVM or the Callpilot

how can i upload this files again or fix it..

please help its urgent

Are you using Desktop Messaging?

When/where are you getting this error?

there is no ui when loging from anyphone to the callpilot

there is no prompt from any ext or outside calling

I responded to your other post.
If you have configured the voicemail properly, initialized the mailboxes, and recorded your greetings ... it sounds like the voicemail has some corruption.
You may be able to do a reinstall and correct the issue.
Unfortunately most of the time you will need to replace the HDD to resolve voicemail corruption issues.
