I responded to your other post.
If you have configured the voicemail properly, initialized the mailboxes, and recorded your greetings ... it sounds like the voicemail has some corruption.
You may be able to do a reinstall and correct the issue.
Unfortunately most of the time you will need to replace the HDD to resolve voicemail corruption issues.
