Any One Else having CPU usage issues on a windows box?

As the site receives over 50 simultaneous hits, mysql uses up just about all cpu usage... I have fine tuned everything - can any one offer any suggestions or share similar experiences??

Would be greatly appreciated!!

What version of MySQL are you using? ...and the biggest question is, what OS are you using on the server? What do you have your max connections set at? How is the database setup? What scripting language(s) are you using?
