Any Netware to AD/NAS tools out there?

Gentlemen;

We need to migrate about 150 users from a netware 3.12 file server environment to Win2003R2 AD with attached ReadyNAS+ as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Has anyone performed this feat and/or is anyone aware of any tools currently available to assist with this type of task?

Any/all advice/suggestions greatly appreciated.
