thanks for your reply.

First take a look at 'Getting help' in your hand book.
You may then check the /etc/default/man file.
Is docview installed and running ? (try docview status)

i stopped the docview ( docview stop) but no luck

i have compared /etc/default/man file with the other system which is running well. and is the same.

What is the result of lynx -version ?
Should be 2.8.5dev.8 on 5.0.7.
What is the result of type lynx ?
Should be /usr/bin/lynx.
Maybe you have installed an older version of lynx that don't understand the -justify option.

Hope This Help, PH.
