Any known big problems with upgraging to R4.

We are upgrading a option 61C R22.16 (cp2) to R4 CPP. Did anyone have any big problems with this kind of upgrade ?

Any info to avoid problems is usefull.

thier was a post a few days ago, that was getting restarts on an 11, after going to 4, but we've got a couple here that seem flawless
