Any issues w/Symposium 5.0 Upgrade?

Hi everyone,
We received our Symposium 5.0 upgrade pack and are wondering if anyone has upgraded their own system and how easy or difficult it was to do? Has anyone upgraded their Symposium system or does a vendor have to do it to avoid any issues?

my recommendation is you let your vendor do it, you can never tell if you might encounter problems along the way..

also, nortel have a step by step procedure on how to do this, you can upgrade using the same server or on a different server (for minimum downtime).

the usual critical problem we face is the backup and restoring of data from the old sccs to the new sccs.
