This is a total newbie question, but do any CVS systems work over the Internet like a sourceforge? I know that any of these systems could be exposed with a public IP address, with possibly some SSH, but are there any web-based applications (written maybe in .NET, java, PHP, etc) that can integrate with Netbeans?
