Any internal Access system that records when/if a record was altered.

Is there any built in tracking system, within MS Access 2002/2003, that records if there are any change to any records within any tables?

Not that I know of. I think you'll have to roll your own, for instance using form events (before update) to add date and/or user info - or perhaps something like this faq181-291.
