Any idea for BOT between SR1001 and Contivity 221

I tried my best to set up a BOT between a SR1001 and Contivity 221, but had no luck. But I can easily set up BOT btween a Contivity 221 and 1100 wihtout problem. There got to be something special I don't know in SR1001 VPN set up. Any one who had experience within SR1001 config please give me some suggestion, thanks.

in addition, in sr1001, shows there is 1 IKE session is active, but site to site session is not active.
