Any good tutorial on pop in flash ads?

Does anyone know how to, or have a good tutorial to making pop-inner window adversitements? The ones you see on major websites where a big flash banner is shown then it fades or shrinks into a small area on the screen. I am very curious on how to do this, I want to use it in a design and I think it will be perfect! Rninja
