I bought this one just now - it appears to have what I need. I'll let you know what I think of it.

Using SharePoint Portal Server, is what I use. I started using it before it was edited a year and a half ago. It's got good info if your a programmer or a sysadmin. We use it for new people who've never used SPS too as there are quizzes and such after every chapter.
