Any good books?

Can anyone recommend any good books on Meridian in general and also Symposium Call Center Software?

I've been put in charge of an Option 61 Meridian and although I know it a little, I'm not that well versed and you have to admit the documentation is a little dry

The Software Feature Guides are a good start. Thay should be part of your Nortel documentation and will tell you how a feature works and how to use it.
