any freeware program to view/create tables?

i want to use mysql on a hosted server, and wanted to know how i could view/create my tables via a freeware gui of some sort, rather than command line

Here is a link to a post of mine on the PHP forum where I posted code for a single page which will view database contents.

thread434-294278 in progress is adding create table basics.
If you need really advanced stuff, use phpMyAdmin.

My page was done specifically so I didn't have to use up 5meg of my precious webspace to find out what was in my databases ***************************************
