I have no knowledge of BorderManager and would like to find out what happens once you hit the submit button when loggin onto BorderManager(web interface). Few of my users can't logon but the next day they might be able to. Does it download some module to local pc when you log onto BorderManager is it something I can delete to be able to detect a new session? Help appreciated.

You don't need eyes to see just the vision because there are always more ways and different answers to what we are used to...

Just use the Client Trust executable to authenticate your users to the proxy server.
