Any Experience with 3COM Total Control Box?

Starting today no one can authenticate using "dial-up". It seems the total control server (software) is not seing anyone dial in. When dialing users get "check username and/or password and try again" So the physical connection is trying to happen. The Total Control box seem to be fine.
