Any Exchange 5.5 problems with upgrading nt4/proxy2?

We currently have an NT4 SP6a server running Exchange 5.5 SP4 and MSProxy2.

We are planning to upgrade this to Windows 2000 Server and ISA 2000, but leaving Exchange at 5.5 SP4.

Has anyone else done this and if so, did you experiance any problems that I need to be aware of.

The reason for asking is that this is a very busy server and downtime needs to be kept to a minimum, so if problems are likely to occur, I would like to be pre-prepared for them.
