I'v ehad a strange one I've been dealing with... Upon exiting the MS Access application which is pretty large (50 forms, several large modules, 50 tables...) the Desktop still displays the remince of the Application Main Menu. I did check to make sure I am not clogging up memory with any PUBLIC Functions/Variables and I am Setting RS and DAO DB variables to nothing when done using them. Anyone else see this problem before... any suggestions? tia,

Are you sure that ALL the RecordSets are CLOSED before set to Nothing ?

Hope This Helps, PH.

I'm pretty good in doing that.... I will make one more final sweep later today... It is possible I missed one or more, with the volume of code generated in the last couple of weeks. I always try to set RS and ThisDB to Nothing after Closing them first. And, I've never seen this before and I've worked with Access for many many many moons...
