Any clue why MSG lights on MLX phones will no longer light when VM boxes take a MSG?

Have a Legend system that needed a processor swap. Now when new voice mails come in mailboxes the MSG light on the phones don't light. I selected integrated VM in programming what am I missing?

If this is a MERLIN MESSAGING, you also must set the Voice Mail Extensions for ROTARY ENABLED.

If rotary enable is not the issue, the last port of your vm depending upon how many ports you have licensed is the port that sends the light message. Call it and see if voicemail picks up or if you get a busy signal.

Go into the Admin of the mailbox. Confirm that the mailbox is set to "has a phone". That will make the mailbox not light the light.
