Has anyone heard of an application that could modify a quarantined email message without leaving fingerprints?
Business managers want to QC email coming from new reps and make any corrections if necessary. The thing is that they want to do so transparently, so it looks to the recipient like it was sent from the original sender without modifications. It is important that any replies also go back to the original sender.
I have found a content filter app that quarantines messages. Messages can be viewed by managers, then released without leaving any fingerprints.
Now I just need to find a way to modify the messages. Any ideas?
