Good morning all!

I am in need of any info that you may have on the MDR 2000 and 2000e... such as, installation procedures, configuration, how to read the raw data, etc...

Anything helps! Thanks in advance!

The MDR 2000 is a buffer box used to collect CDR data from the PBX. Usually a modem is connected to this box and the information is collected to an OTM PC. Telecom Billing is then used to view the data.
The MDR 2000e does the same thing. However, it has and ethernet interface. So no modem is required, simply an RJ 45 connection and an IP address.
