Dear All:

Now I wanna use rational teamtest to test the performance of project2002, but i just have project professional 2002, no project server and other software, so i cant not do web load perfomance testing.

then any advice about which field of project2002 i can do performance testing?

testing when the number of resourses change, how project 2002 works? or other......?

I am a little confusing about that.

Any suggestion will be appreciated very much

If you are working with stand-alone versions of Project then your response times are important only during open and close/save. The time it takes for Project to do a single update as you key in information for a cell in a task is trivial. (Frankly, I see more time time lost -- or wasted -- when people try to 'pretty-fy' their plans than is ever lost waiting for project to update displays.)

If you are working in a networked environment with stand-alone then you already know your network response times. Project will not improve them.

If you are working with Server then you need more sophisticated help than you will find here. The data distribtution, the server configuration and the communications issues all need sophisticated on-site analysis.
