Antispyware for a domain

is There an antispyware that can protect a domain? similar a symantec corporate antivirus (client/server version)
 
There are corporate edition antispyware applications out there. One that I remember we used to use was PestPatrol. It was kind of expensive, but it worked very well.
 
Well that is a serious issue for Symantec and other companies; quite often users agree to the licence for 'free' software and allow the spyware to be installed. What they don't realise is using anti-spyware to remove this but to continue using the software breaks the terms of the licence.
