Is there a file I could send to someone to clean this virus off their hard drive - no internet access and they do not have antivirus software. I know (99%) it is Antiexe, as other students have taken it home from school this week. I don't have access to the computer, but could send a floppy. I'm thinking of a fix targeted specifically to this virus like Fixmtx that removes the mtx virus independent of antivirus software.

Try the FAQs and follow the links to some of the antivirus companies. Ed Fair

You can ask someone with an AV to create an emergency disk for you (bootable). It should be able to clean it as AntiEXE is a very old virus.
