Hi Guys, just thought I'd put this to the forum before taking the steps to load McAfee AV flavour
As the CallPilot server (Rls 5.0 TRP 703t) gets prepared for integration onto the customers IP/VLAN/FireWalled network..Oh Dear
However having read some of the previous posts/bulletins along with the latest I&C procedures/recommendations from Nortel/Avaya I note Customers experience a higher rate of problems with this flavour and a McAfee patch 16 or later is required for virus scan 8.0, hence my concern ?
I'd be very happy to hear from anyone out there who's had exposure to carrying out this task and what I need to be aware of
I guess plan an OOH window is the first, a reboot/restart required etc etc
