We are a small business that uses nortel phones, my question is: all of our phones ring when there is an incoming call, and you just have to pick up the handset to answer, but on one phone, you actually have to push the button on the line that is ringing to answer it, how do I get that phone to pick up the ringing line automatically when the phone rings too?
