Answering Service Solutions

We have a potential customer that is in need to upgrade their answering service. Has anyone installed any solutions that specifically deal with Answering services. The only on I see is

Hmmm,

NEC has CCWorx and QueWorx applications and NEC Professional Services can do a screen pop setup. It is quite costly however. Several Answering services that I know of use Startel. Once again, very expensive.

this may be done and dusted, but there is Qmaster with QIntegrate for screen pop to a 3rd party Db app. along with the ACD/voicemail functions to back support it.
