Answering second incoming intercom call?

Hello again...

I have a question concerning intercom calls (system is TDE600).

Our phones have three Loop CO buttons and have call waiting (intercom) active. So, when I am on an intercom call, the phone will beep when another intercom call comes in. I only have one problem... how do I *answer* that call without losing the person I am speaking to?

When an external comes in, I simply hit the HOLD button and answer a loop. But how do I accomplish this when an intercom call comes in while I'm already on an intercom call?

Also, how do I change the call waiting beep/tone?

you should be able press hold and first caller is held its in station programing prog 32. look under
c in feature guide > page 51

3.1.11 CALL WAITING FEATURES
Used to inform a busy extension that another incoming call is waiting. The busy extension user can answer
the second call by disconnecting the current call or placing it on hold.
The following notification method can be assigned for each extension depending on the call waiting and the
telephone type:
a. Call Waiting Tone: Tone from the handset or built-in speaker
b. OHCA: Voice from the built-in speaker
c. Whisper OHCA: Voice from the handset
d. Off: No notification

Thanks, CWC, but I tried putting the first call on HOLD... but there's no way to acutally answer the next intercom call, since they both come in on INTERCOM button. If I put the first call on hold and hit the intercom button again, I lose the second caller.

If I change my 3 LOOP buttons to PDNs, then I get all calls on those buttons (and none on INTERCOM).
