Is it possible to have a call at reception forwarded to a specific DN, and still be seen seen as a flashing symbol on all phones with the ability to pickup without F74-5-6?

Have a client who switched to BCM and insists it worked that way with MICS.

Also, in Voicemail when checking a message...is there a way to have a "copy" statement on the screen, that allows you to forward to another extension...this is something I always did by pressing 5 and going through the options ending ion "#" to sned to the designated extension.

As long as you make the forwarded DN an ANSWER DN on all the rest phones.
The answer to the second is no.

The new client insists that they did this without takinf up a button for the answer DN.

Now line 8 that was appear is gone from the set T7316E

I may be missing something in the specifics but here it goes.

Why not set up a hunt group with all the extensions in it. Program them for Ring Only. Then have the Receptionist forward to the hunt group. This will not take a button.
