Answered calls within a Group show as missed

Hi.

HiPath 3800, H3K_V9_R2.5.0_058

I have 3 numbers in the group: 2 HFAs and one SIP (SL450A).

Hotline number is 5.

When someone calls 5 and I pick up one of HFA's phone no missed calls on HFA but SIP has missed call.
When I pick up SIP no missed calls on all of the phones.

Does HiPath 3800 have additional group settings to figure this out?

Guys, no one has any idea how to solve this problem ?
 
Check under extn flags, on later software, there is a tick box to show missed calls. There may also be a missed call setting in the sip phone itself. Log in to the phone and check the settings.
 
Already done this.

I unchecked the checkbox from PBX (only for SIP phone) and didn't touch that option on the SIP phone.
Same issue.

When I unchecked both "Missed Calls" options (from PBX and phone) I didnt get any missed calls.

When I unchecked this option on the phone and didn't touch that option on PBX I didnt get any missed calls.

 
Check:
System Parameters > Display > Caller List Mode

Siemens/Unify - Hipath 3000, Openscape Office and Openscape Business.

System Parameters > Display > Caller List Mode, has 3 options:

Unanswered internal and external calls
Unanswered external calls only
All external calls whether answered or not

none of these helped me.
 
Sounds like an issue native to the SIP device

Siemens/Unify - Hipath 3000, Openscape Office and Openscape Business.
