We have multiple phones in our department. If we want to be able to access another phones voice mail messages from our own phone sets, how can I do that? I can get the message waiting light to light up my set, but when I attempt to retreive any messages it states that I do not have any. I have to release and log in using the other phones extension and password.

That's how it works. You might take auto-connect/auto-login off your phone, then you'll always be prompted for the mailbox.

if you have a rollover number without a mailbox than call voicemail from that key and enter the other persons mailbox number and password. Or call voicemail from your phone by dialing it externally using the full 10 digit or 7 digit phone number and enter the persons mailbox number and password.

dial the vm dn.. enter the ext # then pass #.. to move the msg lamp go to the term and modify the mb.. or better yet, out the md and put the ext number as a ext on your phone, msg for that phone now go to your md...and light your light. if you have 10 mb's lighting your lamp, you'll need to chack them all to find a single msg... if i have 10 exten dumping into one mb..i just check my mb wheni have a light
