Answer supervision 1

How do I send answer supervision to the CO when recieving a call into an ACD queue?
Is there an attribute that should be set.?

The problem is that the calls are being dropped by the CO before they are answered.

At the SUPN prompt for the trunk TN say YES.
 
did that work? if i remember right,, supn yes tells the switch that supervision is supplied from the far end..

i call your switch, (did or cot) i hear ringback but the call drops before the called party can answer? i have never heard of that problem.. that's why i am aasking.. hawks answered one question wronge in 2 years (a type-o) and this one is not it.. he's always right

Thanks john but I've used a whole lot more of your suggestions on my switches. I would also like to thank you and ghtrout for all the excellent procomm scripts, it sure makes life easier.
 
We did have the SUPN set to true in the trunk programming, but the CO would still say "the party you are calling doesnt answer". What we did was, setup a voice menu in MerMail, and recorded 2 seconds of ring tone. Then the call could follow the rining programming within the Meridian, and I can have it ring to 20 people if I want, and the calls stays connected. This line is for a medical Hotline, and must get to someone eventually.
