Answer machine for Md110 PBX...

Hi 2 ALL,
I have an MD110 BC10 pbx which has 1000 Extension and 8 PSTN lines.The problem I have is that when somebody call from outside PBX,fids all lines busy so he has to try many and many times....
So what I need is an answer machine for the PBX,so anybody can dial any number.....
PLease i need the command for that...

To ALREI or not to ALREI,this is the command

if there are no lines left into pabx, nothing can be connected to pabx. even ivr will not work as incoming lines are still busy. you need more pabx lines into your switch.
