Hi all,
I don't normally work with Panasonic products. I have one customer using a KX-TD1232 in a home/business operation with about 13 telephones. I have all the phones working and ringing as required with 3 lines. They want to use a TVP50 voicemail to answer 2 of the 3 lines with one mailbox. One line is ringing to only one set and does not require a mailbox. I have the voicemail working and have created the mailbox (they could use the GD mailbox if this is easier to implement).
It does not seem quite straight forward to have just the mailbox answer all calls on 2 ringing lines after 4 rings. If the ringing telephone is set to CFNA it only forwards calls to the extension not the ringing outside lines. It seems like the AA must answer first before the call can be routed to the mailbox. This makes it more complex than we really need.
Any help would be appreciated.
Rob
