Seems like this kind of thing comes up a bit, so forgive me. I’m looking for a phoneset/wireless headset setup that meets this criteria: user should be able to answer/hang up an ACD call directly from the headset. I understand that logging in, activity codes, and other functionality needs to be done from the phoneset itself. We just want the headset to be able to answer and hang up on its own, without the agent having to be at the phoneset.
We currently use the M3905 phone, and this functionality isn’t possible. Is anyone else doing this, such as with an 1150E or other kind of phoneset? Assume the latest and greatest release of CS1K, AACC, etc.
