Answer DN's locking up

I have a customer who has answer dn on 3 other phones that show the reception phone. Those 3 phones with the answer dn continually show the line in use. I go in and remove it and it is fine for a week or so, then they lock up again. Does anyone have a permanent solution to fix this issue? Thanks for the help!

The normall answer to these problems is to apply the latest patches.

some patches have a fix to stop the intercom buttons locking up
and hunt group buttons locking.
