Answer DNs - BCM 400 4.0

I need to set up a few phones for a new install to reflect an Admin/Manager type of situation. She needs to (1) see when the Manager is on phone (2) One touch dial to his extension as well as (3) answer any incoming calls. Can this be accomplished with 1 key or does it have to be on a separate. How would that be programmed?

You would need two keys - an autodial for busy status/one touch dialing, and an answer DN to be able to answer calls to that extension.

One key. Autodial for the status/transfer and a ring only Answer DN.

Answer DN's require an appearance - either appear only or appear and ring.
