I have a customer (824 DR5) with Flash 2.
He has set up a phantom ext (243) with a mailbox. The phantom rings on 4 exts as an Answer DN. Calls are directed to this DN via CCR (press 1 for sales).
Works great until one of the sales people is on the phone and a caller tries to reach the sales dept. the caller ends up in the voice mail of the busy phone.
All phones CFNA to voice mail (4 rings), CFB none (including the phanton DN). i tried adding a 2nd intercom to the sales phones and the phantom with no effect.
Any suggestions to have the 2nd call ring at the sales desks???
