Answer DN ringing phone when pressed

I have a customer who has 2 answer DN's on their phone. They work as they should, they ring when their bosses' phones ring, but they can press the answer DN when it is not ringing, and call thier boss, which they dont want. Is there a way to program the Answer DN to appear on ther phone, and ring, but not go to the answer DN extension when pressed by mistake?

On the newer software it doubles as an autodial. Can't change it.

Not too sure about this but try changing the Answer Key options around between the three settings under;
Telephony |Global Settings | Feature Settings | Answer Keys

Yeah agree you can change the answer keys from enhance/extended and normal to switch off this problem.

If you mean changing between "Basic","Ehanced" and "extended"..I tried that, with no result. This "feature" must be new for the BCM 4.0 software
