Answer DN on 7100

Hello,
I've got a customer who wants a 7100 to have an answer DN button on it to answer extension 201 Reception. The 7100 is extension 202. I can get all the 7310 phones to accept the answer key for 201. When I assign an answer key to 202 to answer 201 it will not put the key on the phone. Feature * 0 shows the feature that is on the button. Bottom button is Hands Free. Is this because the 7100 does not have enough buttons. Thanks,

Try removing the handsfree feature from the phone. term and sets > capability.

program directed pickup on 202 (F76). Hit the key and dial 201 or 0. Be sure to allow directed pickup on 202 in capabilities.
