Hi,
We have 3 customers with 2 or 3 ipo each
many workers have problems with answer delay.
phone is ringing, workers answer but the caller dont hear he before 7-11 seconds
I've change one of them phone with a 1608 and have no problem. I try to open a case at avaya but any idea of fine tunning on 9650 ? Phone QOS tagging is ok. We have more than 300 9650 phone so I cannot just change it
