I have a CICS 4.0 using T7316 phones. When I changed the number of intercom to only 1 instead of 2, the replaced button comes up with "answer 31". The system is not allowing me to reprogram this button. I haven't ever seen this before and I could use some help on why it is doing this and how to change it.
