Looking for a way to have the unattended reception phone (221) to be answered by others in the back office if somebody calls 221 or the operator "0" BCM200

In Element Manager, go to the set properties, assigned DNs. Assign DN221 to the other phones, ring only or appear and ring (the latter will eat up a key).

Put them in the same call pick up group, and use the pick up feature to answer the call.

Under set capabilities you will see pickup group, They may of even defaulted to pick group 1. Do you have pick keys on your sets? The feature code is 75.
