What is ANSI, just ordered a new PRI and Qwest asked if I wanted ANSI on or off. Asked what this was and Qwest just said that the vender needed to answer this. The Qwest rep did not know. I told them turn it on, what are they turning on??

Seriously, could they have said ANI (Automatic Number Identification) instead of ANSI?
