Just a quick note:
568-C.0 will soon replace 568-B
A few items being looked at:
1. Minimum Bend Radius
4X cable OD for UTP & STP cable. Since max size of cable "is supposed to be" max 0.354" OD, that means min bend radius is 1.416" or ~1.5". Patch cable bend radius is 1x cable OD revised from 0.25" cable OD for 568-B
2. CAT6A added
3. Max untwist for CAT6A same as CAT6 = 13 mm
4. Optical fiber cabling test & performance moved to 568-C
5. 850nm fiber optic cable 50/125 multimode for commercial buildings is recommended
6. Removed from recognized list: 150 ohm STP, CAT5 UTP, 50 ohm & 75 ohm coax
7. nomenclature updates

Worth the read in Cabling Installation & Maintenance Magazine (free)
