Another VPN tunnel problem

I have a BCM 400 running 4.0 software. I have a VPN tunnel between my bosses house and our office using Linksys routers with VPN. The tunnel is up and his I2002 phones is connected. Its sounds great however, the phone resets after about 10 minutes and I get and alarm in the Element Manager that reads as follows:
Round Trip Delay Violation Unacceptable
followed by
Inter Arrival Jitter violation...
It also shows the IP address of the i2002 phone
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
