Another R7 issue

im not sure if its possible but ill find out on here i guess....I programmed names for all the extensions and they only show up on the ext.receiving the intercom call. is it possible to make the name display on both ends so if i transfer a call it says who im transfering the call to along with the ext#

I can't remember ever seeing that done.

If we program a 1-touch button to ring an extension, usually we simply write or type names on the telephone's DESI.

Other than that we have a sheet of paper with a list of names & extensions next to the telephones.

hey newB...

i think that's a limitation of the partner. i think it'll only display the name with incoming intercom.
