Hiya Bish.
Hit View-Folder list. I believe it's also a toolbar icon on the advanced toolbar, which you can get by right-clicking any toolbar and clicking on Advanced.

Thanks for the info, but i do not believe that this is the problem. I think it is because he has three different computers, (home, office, laptop) that is opening his outlook each day. I can see the folders ect, it's just that the icons have little arrows in the corner of them looking like shortcuts.
