I am on release 5.50J on my switch and then have the folling:

Leader Signaling Server
Follower Signaling Server
Follower MC32s Card
Follower MC32s Card

I would like to know how the TPS option is to be implemented on each card...? or if it should be.

enable load balancing so if a sigserv boots only half sets go down till reregister over

Note: Nortel recommends that Node Terminal Proxy Server (TPS)
Signaling Servers be distributed between the two sites to prevent the
system from disabling, in case of any local disaster in a single site (that
might trigger failure of TPS registration). Configure the Signaling
Servers in both sites in a single node to enable load balancing between
all Signaling Servers in the system.

So I am assuming with that said I would check the box for TPS on all cards, because I do want load balancing...
