Another question on external voice IVR systems

Hi there,

I'm looking to connect an external voicemail / IVR type system to an IP office via an IP connection.

I'm considering using Dialogics HMP middleware and VoiceGuide as an application generator.

Has anyone had any experience of doing this who could show me the pitfalls?

I'm particularly interested in how we go about setting up the IP connection between the IP office and the dialgic HMP
