When Im sending a call via the Auto attendant to a group (ex. 72) if no one answers the call how to I send that call to a designated mailbox in the group. Thanks

If you have Partner Messaging, you misprogram the VM ports' Transfer Return Extension setting to themselves, set the Transfer Return Rings to a setting from 1 to 9, and create mailbox 72.

However, this negates the advice you received in your other thread to disable the Transfer Return Rings so that group 71 would continue to ring until answered.

In that case, have create mailbox 71 point to Auto Attendant No. 2, record the prompt to say "Please Hold", disable all selector codes, and set the Dial-0/timeout option to transfer back to Ext. 71.

Now calls to 71 will rings the phones, return to VM, play the announcement to the caller, and return to 71 again.

Calls to 72 will ring the phones, return to VM, and be answered by mailbox 72.
